Co-design for mental health

This infosheet highlights the findings of Using experience-based co-design approach to address mental health issues among healthcare workers and leaders in long-term care, by Sheila A. Boamah, Mawukoenya Theresa Sedzro, Humayun Kabir, Brenda Vrkljan, Scott Mitchell, Laura De La Torre Pérez, and Marilina Santero. The paper identifies the root causes of burnout and mental distress among long-term care (LTC) workers and work with them (co-design) to develop more accurate, worker-informed measurement tools.
